How do I make an online purchase?

5. Once the process is finished correctly, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and the order number of the same.

How can I make sure that I have made my purchase correctly?

How can I cancel my order if I finally do not want to receive it?

When you place an order you are making a firm purchase and the amount will be deducted on the card with which you made the payment, therefore, you can not always cancel the order once you have confirmed it. We work so that the images and colors of our products are as real as possible, however, there are many factors outside of us that can vary their appearance, such as, for example, the color calibration of your monitor. If you have any questions about any of our products, contact us.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery, for different areas and are calculated automatically based on volume and weight. For European countries, shipping costs are free. You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and choosing the shipping area.

How is sending realized?

Deliveries will be made from Spain through the most efficient company at any time to the address or place indicated by you. Once the order has been sent, we will inform you by email.

We ship to Spain and the rest of the European Economic Community. For the rest of the countries, better consult.

What is delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the shipment. In Spain and Portugal standard shipments take between 48 and 72 working hours (Monday to Friday). For shipments to other countries of the European Community between 5 and 7 working days. And outside the European Community between 15 and 20 working days.

In the case of orders with store collection, the maximum delivery time is 48-72 working hours.

In all our shipments, to calculate the delivery time you must take into account that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will begin to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are prepared and will leave on Monday.

In periods of promotions or rebates, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.

Orders are prepared and sent from Barcelona, ​​so the city's holidays will affect delivery times.

The delivery time will be extended if you place the order on one of the following dates: January 1 and 6, Holy Week holidays, May 1 and 21, August 15, September 11 and 24, October 12, 1 November and 6, 8, 25 and 26 of December.

In case, for an exceptional case, we do not have any product of the order we will inform you of this situation and we will refund the proportional part of it.

PICKED UP AT THE STORE

What is the process of in-store delivery?

In the case that you have chosen to pick up at the store, you will also receive a notification when the order is ready. If you have not been to pick up your order in 48 hours, you will receive a reminder message.

How can I pick up my order in the store?

To pick up your order, you must present the order confirmation email with the reference and your ID (the name of the DNI must be the same as it appears in the order). It is essential to present the reference of the order, since no order will be delivered without such reference.

In the case that another person is going to look for the order, you must present the confirmation email and a signed authorization. This authorization must contain the name and ID of the two persons, and the signature of the buyer. No order can be delivered without any of these requirements.

How much time do I have to pick up my order in the store?

There is a maximum period of 21 days to go to collect the order to the physical store. If the deadline has not passed to collect your order, the order will be canceled and we will proceed to make the refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Is it possible to return my order online?

Of course, you have a period of 20 days, counting from when you receive your request to change your mind. You can make a refund of your order in full or part of it. To proceed with its exchange or return, the product must not be used and must be in perfect condition.

How can I return my order online?
