No shipments are made to PO Boxes, so it is necessary to give us the exact delivery address. To avoid problems in case you were not at home at the time of delivery do not forget to indicate a contact phone number.


There will be no sales contract in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your order is not accepted, the amount will be refunded in full.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Keep in mind that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. Only the purchase will be accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation and this will refer exclusively and only those products indicated in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to provide you with any other product.

In the case that you have chosen to pick up at the store, you will also receive a notification when the order is ready. If you have not been to pick up your order within 48 hours, you will receive a reminder message.


All orders are subject to their availability. If there are difficulties in terms of supply or stock, we can offer you substitute products of the same or different price, but if you do not want the change, we will refund any amount that you could have paid.

We accept no responsibility for the removal or modification of any product or content on the Website.



The shipments are managed through the company NACEX or similar. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the shipment.

In Spain and Portugal standard shipments take between 48 and 72 working hours (Monday to Friday not holidays). For shipments to other countries of the European Community between 5 and 7 working days. And outside the European Community between 15 and 20 working days.

In the case of orders with store collection, the maximum delivery time is 48-72 working hours.

To calculate the delivery time of our shipments you must take into account that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will begin to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday from 2:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday are prepared and will leave on Monday.

In special periods, promotions or rebates, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.

Orders are prepared and sent from Barcelona, ​​so the city's holidays will affect delivery times.

The delivery time will be extended if you place the order on one of the following dates: January 1 and 6, Holy Week holidays, May 1 and 21, August 15, September 11 and 24, October 12, 1 November and 6, 8, 25 and 26 of December.

In case, for an exceptional case, we do not have any product of the order we will inform you of this situation and we will refund the proportional part of it.


To pick up your order, you must present the order confirmation email with the reference and your ID (the name of the DNI must be the same as it appears in the order). It is essential to present the reference of the order, since no order will be delivered without the reference.

In the case that another person is going to look for the order, you must present the confirmation email and a signed authorization. This authorization must contain the name and ID of the two persons, and the signature of the buyer. No order can be delivered without any of these requirements.

There is a maximum period of 21 days to go to collect the order to the physical store. If the deadline has not passed to collect your order, the order will be canceled and we will proceed to make the refund.



Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery, for different areas and are calculated automatically based on volume and weight. For European countries, shipping costs are free. You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and choosing the shipping area .. In the case of store collection, there is no shipping cost.

Remember that no shipments are sent to PO Boxes, so it is necessary to give us the exact delivery address.

To avoid problems in the event that you were not at home at the time of delivery, we would appreciate if you could provide us with a contact telephone number in which to locate you.


The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts that have been paid will be fully reimbursed.

Prices on the website include the corresponding taxes and shipping costs for Europe, but exclude shipping costs to countries in other continents.
Prices may change at any time, but will not affect orders to which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.

You can make the change of your online purchase in our physical store by presenting the purchase order or invoice that comes in the box.

You have a period of 20 days from your receipt to go to our physical store. To proceed with its change, the product must not be used.

There will be no change or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
