I already have my Brand and Trade Name registered!

It has taken time, effort and money, but finally an important milestone has been reached for me: I already have my Brand registered at the European Union level:

This Brand will identify all the products that I currently make, both my fans and scarves, shawls, foulards... and with it you will distinguish my products from others that may be similar.

Although in many countries there is no distinction between Brand and Trade Name, following the spanish legislation I have wanted to register both.

My Commercial Name will identify the activities that I carry out as company in commercial traffic; that is, it will differentiate me from other companies in the same sector.

It will appear on invoices, delivery notes, posters...

All this will allow me to reinforce the knowledge of my Brand and Trade Name through specific campaigns, to be able to report copies and counterfeits...

In short, to assure my clients that my pieces are really mine, they are unique pieces made by hand with all my love and they are different!
